TUNA PASTA - CURRY FLAVORED
Looking for a tuna pasta dish which is dairy-free and yet creamy?
This is an absolute chef’s special curry flavored Tuna pasta recipe made in Sri Lankan style with coconut milk. It’s a very delicious dinner meal as well a convenient recipe for mostly an Asian kitchen due to its rich spice ingredients and coconut cream which makes the taste and flavor so exquisite and creamy.

Ingredients:
1 Bowl of Pasta
1 Can of White or Light Tuna
1 Table Spoons of Nature Spices Cinnamon Powder
1-2 Table Spoons of Nature Spices Curry Powder
1 Table Spoons of Nature Spices Pepper Powder
1-2 Table Spoons of Nature Spices Chili Pieces
1 Tea Cup of Creamy Coconut Milk
1 Scoop of Butter
1 Onion Finely Chopped
1 Garlic Finely Chopped
1 Table Spoon of Grated Fresh Ginger
1-2 Green Chilies Sliced
1 Sweet Bell Pepper (Red and Green)
Scallion greens or Mint Leaves (For Garnish)
Step 01
Keep the sauce pan at low heat on gas cooker for one minute then add the butter. Stir the butter until it turns golden color. Then add onion, garlic and ginger and stir for 10 seconds then add Nature Spices chili pieces, pepper powder, cinnamon powder and curry powder the again stir until it turn golden color.
Step 02
Then add canned Tuna, mix and stir well with the ingredients on the sauce pan until it get golden brown color. Then add bell pepper again and mix well. Again add half a cup of coconut milk and mix well with the recipe.
Step 03
Then add the boiled pasta and mix well with the entire mixture. Again add the rest of the half cup of coconut milk then mix and cook well. Do not make it dry and stop the fire by keeping the fresh creaminess and then garnish with greens.
