INGREDIENTS:
200g Sliced Boneless Chicken or Brest Fillet
2 x Table Spoons of Salt
2 x Table Spoons Butter
2 x Table Spoons of Tomato Sauce
2 x Table Spoons of Mayonnaise
½ Slice of Lime
50g of slices coconut pieces
50g of Bell pepper slices
50g of Onion Slices
50g of Tomato Slices
Salad Leaves
Step 01
Add chicken breast slices to a bowl and add 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. cinnamon powder, 1 tsp. curry powder, and 1 tsp. pepper powder, then mix well until the chicken gets seasoned well.
Step 02
Keep the saucepan at low heat and add butter to the saucepan until it melts. Then add well-seasoned boneless chicken into the saucepan and fry the chicken in pressure fire until the chicken gets well backed.
Step 03
Once the chicken is backed up to a golden color, put it into a bowl again and add coconut pieces, bell pepper, onion slices, and tomato slices, then mix well with the backed boneless chicken.
Step 04
Once mixed, the ingredients well again, add 1 tsp. of pepper powder, 2 tsp. of chili pieces, 2 tsp. of tomato sauce, 2 tsp. of mayonnaise, and ½ slice of lime juice and mix well until the entire recipe gets well marinated.
